Refund policy

At Prime Finish Construction, we provide painting, decorating and property improvement services. As our work is service-based and tailored to each customer’s property, refunds are handled depending on the stage of the job.

If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

If no work has started and no materials have been purchased, we will review the cancellation and confirm whether any refund is due.

If materials have already been purchased, or preparation work has started, any refund may be reduced to cover reasonable costs already incurred.

Once work has been completed, refunds are not normally provided unless there is a genuine issue with the service. If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the matter fairly, which may include revisiting the property to inspect and correct any agreed issues.
