Prime Finish Construction provides painting, decorating and related property improvement services. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including job details, photos, measurements and access requirements.

Any quote given may be subject to change if the job details are inaccurate, incomplete, or if additional work is required once the property has been inspected.

Customers must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed time and that the working area is safe and ready for the agreed work to begin.

Where materials are required, costs will either be included in the quote or agreed separately with the customer before work begins.

Payment terms will be agreed before the job starts. Any deposit, staged payment or final payment must be made as agreed.

Prime Finish Construction will aim to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather, access issues, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for checking completed work and raising any concerns as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and professionally.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work where the job is unsafe, unsuitable, or where payment terms are not followed.
